How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $79! For orders under $79, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Magic takes a little time! Processing your order takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on your destination.
How can I track my package?
Once your shoes are on their way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey.
Sizing & Fit
Are your shoes true to size?
Most of our shoes run true to size! However, since we offer various styles (like chunky platforms or narrow Mary Janes), we highly recommend checking the specific Size Guide on each product page.
What if I have wider feet?
We want everyone to feel comfortable. If you have wider feet or are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up by half or one full size, especially for our pointed-toe or structured Lolita styles.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be absolutely in love with your shoes! If they aren't the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original shoebox.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Currently, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly to get them to you fast! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at official@cherrylolita.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once it has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal and Apple pay for a secure and smooth checkout experience.
Product Care & Materials
Are your shoes vegan?
We love animals as much as we love fashion! The vast majority of our collection is crafted from high-quality vegan leather (PU) and faux suede.
How should I clean my patent leather or suede shoes?
For patent leather (like our Deep Cherry Mary Janes), simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. For faux suede, use a soft bristle brush to gently remove dirt and maintain the texture.
